I went to TMG to look at a certain car and met Nicole. From the very first interaction with her she was fantastic, as were the company. Whilst the car if the car was suitable and without a test drive on site (due to my time restrictions), she bought the car to me to test drive. A big factor in buying the car was the boot size for my dog and she allowed me to put the dog on the boot after the test drive but unfortunately it wasn't big enough.
Nicole then went searching for other vehicles gor me, sending me messages and pictures of proposed cars and keeping in touch with me throughout.
Unfortunately for TMG I found a suitable car at another dealership, due to my costs and required spec and TMG not having exactly what I wanted, the service that Nicole was undertaking was second to none. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with TMG and certainly Nicole and I won't hesitate to contact her again when I'm looking for a car, she was fantastic.

Very pleased with my new-to-me Astra and purchase from TMG, and 2 months on with a few long-ish trips later, the car is still faultless and is a pleasure to drive. It feels great to have something on the drive I want to take care of again.

I find it hard to trust dealerships, but to Andy's credit nothing was too much trouble for him and his team, even after the purchase, to the point that he was happy to put in writing the promise of obtaining an independent MOT pass, which is completed with one advisory for a tyre which they promptly replaced.

After the purchase TMG also sorted a few minor cosmetic issues including drivers-side door alignment and a few marks on the paint. They also worked with the previous owner to retrieve the spare key, so I have 2 working keys for the car.

All-in-all I recommend TMG and will be seeing Andy again when the time comes in a few years for my next motor. Thank you!

Elliot and Andy were fantastic, easy, no pressure purchasing - prepared to high standards.
Nothing is to much trouble. I wanted the wheels a different colour and they managed to sort it. Noticed some light scratches when road testing - never bothered me as it is a second hand car but when I went to collect they've gone.

Considering they sell a lot of cars a week we were never treated as a number. A proper "Taylor(ed)" buying experience

Purchased my car from Taylor's and the team have always ensured that I am happy and everything is working well. Minor issues with the car just like any car or house I could buy, however it is always seen to and corrected promptly. The team ensure you feel welcome and nothing is ever too much. Popping down for a new bulb to be fitted, or any other problem if there is any.

Elliott worked hard to ensure I would get my finance even though my credit wasn't too great at the time. I am happy a year and half later. My friend signposted me to Taylor's as she had good experiences to share and I was in need of a good reliable motor.

I recently purchased a car from previously being in a Demo through work, so was a little worried about buying a used car, but dropped a message regarding a used motor, Eliot swirly responded to me, & gave me photos of the car in question plus another that had just arrived. The one that had just arrived was beautiful, just what I was looking for. Amazing bodywork, low mileage, reasonable price. The transaction & communication was superb, I work in a main dealer & my standards are very high, but all my expectations were met. Few days after purchasing, I removed the bumper to notice a few grilles/brackets were damaged (not visible) 1 quick message to Eliot, parts paid for & coveted without hassle.
